Britney Spears appearing in the "Britney/Brittany" Glee Episode

The Parents’ Television Council has criticised last week’s episode of Glee.

The instalment, called ‘Britney/Brittany’, featured Britney Spears songs and some short cameos from the popstar.

However, the PTC has now described the episode as the worst show of the week.

In a post on its website, the council criticised the “pandering tribute to toxic teen role model Britney Spears” and added that it was worse than some other television shows because more children are likely to watch.

The group, which criticised the “skimpy outfits” in some of the performances, added that the episode amounted to an “endorsement of narcotics abuse, public masturbation, and school-sanctioned burlesque”. (more…)

Bruce Willis has admitted that production on another Die Hard movie could begin next year.

Speaking to MTV in July, Willis said that Die Hard 5 was “imminent”. He has now clarified that statement in a new interview.

“I think I might have said the word wrong. I thought ‘imminent’ meant that you have a lot of ’em. So I have to apologise for that,” he explained.

However, the actor went on to say that the sequel is still in the works and that a draft on the script has already been completed.

He added: “It’s probably going to happen in 2011. We have a script. They’re making a couple changes right now.”

Willis’s next action picture Red opens October 8 in US cinemas.

Rosario Dawson has revealed that she is anxious for a sequel to Sin City to be made.

The Rent star, who played prostitute Gail in the 2005 adaptation of the graphic novel, expressed her concern that she would not be able to fit into the character’s revealing dominatrix outfit by the time that the movie enters production.

She told Contactmusic: “The last time I saw [director] Robert Rodriguez was a month ago and he really wants to make Sin City 2 happen. I said, ‘I understand you’ve been taking your time, but if you want me to wear the outfit that fits into one hand, dude. I’m not getting any younger’.”

Fellow Sin City star Jaime King recently explained that the long-awaited sequel, which is expected to begin filming this year, had been delayed due to creative differences between the studio and filmmakers.
