Daft Punk have remained at number one in the UK album chart for a second week.

Random Access Memories sold a further 53,000 copies in the past week, on top of the 165,000 the previous week.

Rod Stewart stays at two with Time, while Laura Marling enters at three with Once I Was an Eagle, her highest-charting LP to date.

Passenger climbs three spots to four with All the Little Lights, and Rudimental rise one place to five with former number one Home.

Stooshe’s debut studio album London With the Lights On is a new entry at eight.

Emeli Sandé climbs back to ten with Our Version of Events, just one week after leaving the Top 10 for the first time since it was released in February 2012.

Alice In Chains enter at 22 with their latest effort The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here, while Black Star Riders follow at 25 with All Hell Breaks Loose.

Paul McCartney and Wings’ 1976 re-issue Wings Over America lands at 36.
