Pan Am and GCB have been been officially cancelled by ABC.



The broadcaster passed on ordering second seasons of the shows, along with Missing and The River, TV Line reports.

Pan Am producer Sony TV is apparently looking to sell the series to a cable network.

Meanwhile, ABC has renewed dramas including Grey's Anatomy, Once Upon a Time and Revenge, as well as Scandal, Private Practice and Body of Proof.

New seasons of comedies Modern Family, Last Man Standing, Happy Endings, The Middle and Suburgatory have also been ordered.

Unscripted shows Dancing with the Stars, The Bachelor and Shark Tank will return to ABC, while Courteney Cox comedy Cougar Town will move to TBS.
