Lisa Kudrow has joined the new season of drama series Scandal.
The Friends actress will appear in the third season of the ABC show as a powerful politician rumoured to be named Shelley Meyers, Deadline reports.
This would mark Kudrow's first proper TV acting commitment since HBO comedy The Comeback in 2005. She also starred in the online show Web Therapy.
