Emily Owens, MD has been cancelled by The CW.
The medical drama - which stars Meryl Streep and Don Gummer's daughter Mamie Gummer in the title role - premiered on the network last month.
An insider at The CW told
TVLine that all 13 episodes of the show will, however, be screened as planned.
The series had opened to ratings of just 1.67 million, with a ratings score of 0.5 in the 18-49 age bracket.
Emily Owens, MD also stars Justin Hartley (Smallville, Passions) as Emily's medical school crush Will Collins, and Aja Naomi King as her nemesis Cassandra Kopelson.
The show has been airing on Tuesdays at 9/8c on The CW.
