The second season of Orphan Black has been given a US air date.
The sci-fi series - which starsTatiana Maslany as several different characters - will return to BBC America on April 19, 2014.
The news was announced in the form of a teaser trailer, which debuted during the channel's broadcast of the Doctor Who 50th anniversary special 'The Day of the Doctor' yesterday (November 23).
Production for the second run began in September, with Maslany returning as lead actress.
Nashville actor Michiel Huisman has been cast ahead of the upcoming season as rugged outdoorsman Cal Morrison, who finds himself caught up in a world of danger caused by the clones.
Peter Outerbridge and Ari Millen have also joined the series, playing mysterious Hank Johanssen, leader of a messianic group that aims to separate itself from the established order, and Johanssen's chief henchman Mark respectively.
The series is shown on BBC Three in the UK but has yet to be given a return date.
