ABC has reportedly cancelled The Neighbors.
Though the network is yet to make an official statement regarding the sci-fi sitcom's future, Entertainment Weekly reports that it will not return for a third season.
The news follows the cancellations of comedies Trophy Wife and Mixology, which similarly suffered from low audience numbers.
The Neighbors - which launched in September 2012 - followed the Weavers, a family who discovers that their neighbours are secretly extraterrestrials.
ABC has also recommissioned a number of its series, including Grey's Anatomy, Castle, Revenge and Scandal.
The fates of several other series - including Nashville and Suburgatory - are yet to be confirmed.
