A new Star Wars: The Force Awakens poster has been released.
The unveiling kicks off the countdown to a new trailer, which Lucasfilm has confirmed will debut on Tuesday (October 20).
Tickets for the film will go on sale tomorrow.
The poster, which is framed in the classic Star Wars style shows most of the film's major characters, but interestingly has no sign of Luke Skywalker on it.
It also frames Daisy Ridley's Ren quite prominently, which fits into the recently revealed significance of a female character.
Anticipation for a new trailer has grown in the last few days, with star John Boyega teasing an Instagram post of a silent video with the caption: "Get ready."
The run time of The Force Awakens was recently revealed to be 2 hours and 16 minutes (136 minutes).
