Rare Replay is the first Rare number one since Banjo-Kazooie

Rare has scored its first number one since Banjo-Kazooie launched on the N64 back in 1998.

Rare Replay is not only the company’s first number one in 17 years, but it’s also the first Xbox One exclusive to top the chart since the console’s launch.

It’s also the first budget game to secure the top spot since Wii Fit Plus back in 2009.

Rare Replay knocks LEGO Jurassic World down to second and Batman: Arkham Knight to third.

The Elder Scrolls Online dropped to fourth, above GTA 5, FIFA 15 and Battlefield Hardline.
