Justin Timberlake scores third UK No.1 album

Justin Timberlake has scored his third UK number one album with The 20/20 Experience.

The ‘Mirrors’ singer’s long-awaited follow-up to 2006’s FutureSex/LoveSounds overtakes David Bowie to become the fastest-selling album of 2013 so far, shifting nearly 106,000 copies.

Bowie’s The Next Day falls one place to two, while Emeli Sandé remains at three with Our Version of Events.

The Les Misérables soundtrack rises up six places to four following the release of the deluxe edition. Bastille drop one place to five with Bad Blood.

Suede score their first Top 10 album in nearly 14 years with Bloodsports at ten. Billy Bragg enters at 14 with his 13th album Tooth & Nail.

Daughter’s debut album If You Leave enters at 16, while Black Rebel Motorcycle Club land at 32 with Specter at the Feast.

Steve Mason’s Monkey Minds In The Devil’s Time is a new entry at 34, followed by Hadouken! with Every Weekend at 35. Woodkid lands at 38 with debut album The Golden Age.
