Emeli Sandé climbs to albums No.1 again

Emeli Sandé has climbed back to the albums top spot with Our Version of Events.

The best-selling LP of 2012 has climbed one place to number one, making it her 48th consecutive week inside the Top 10, nearly a year since its release.

Calvin Harris falls one from last week’s top spot with 18 Months, while Jake Bugg climbs one to three with his self-titled debut.

Rihanna’s former number one album Unapologetic is up three places to four.

The Les Misérables soundtrack – featuring the likes of Hugh Jackman and Anne Hathaway – scores the highest new entry at five, despite only being released on Friday and being available on download only.

Ed Sheeran drops three to six with +, while Bruno Mars drops two to seven with Unorthodox Jukebox.

Taylor Swift rises eight places to eight with Red. One Direction slip one spot to nine with Take Me Home, while The Lumineers climb two places to ten with their self-titled LP.

Black Veil Brides achieve their highest-charting album to date with Wretched and Devine: The Story of the Wild Ones at 20.
