Latest Big Brother nominations revealed

The latest Big Brother nomination results have been revealed and four housemates will be up for eviction this week.

Govan, Ben, Dave and Shabby have received the most votes in the latest round of nominations, the Channel 4 show's official site has confirmed.

However, in a twist which was revealed earlier today, one of the housemates will be granted the opportunity to switch places with a non-nominated contestant after another Save & Replace task. In last week's 'Hickory Dickory Dock' challenge, Dave won the right to immunity and selected Rachael to take his place in the public vote.

The Save & Replace task is expected to be revealed and take place tomorrow.
