At the closing cermenony in Lyon on Sunday Megan Rapinoe was presented with a Golden Boot for being the top scorer in the competition, Sari van Veenendaal was presented with a Golden Glove for saving the most goals in the competition and USA Captain Alex Morgan was presented with...
