Firstly locate the picture you want (I use google images). Right click on the image select "properties" (Internet explorer) or "image info" (firefox) on the drop down. Locate the image address from the new screen, copy this address. (CTRL C)

In the message box, select "Img" (Just to the left of the font size box) and that will put the following into the message field "[img]***[/img] " (Asterisks are mine). Paste (CTRL V) your image address between the two sets of brackets and you're away. [img]your%20image%20address[/img]
