It will be a magical night at the Belgrade when Santa and his reindeer get ready to meet the children of Coventry.

The man in red himself will be there to greet kids and take selfies with them , along with Rudolph and his clan.

The festivities kick off at 4pm on Wednesday November 21, where the Christmas tree lights will also be switched on at Belgrade Plaza.

It will be a night of festivities to build up the Christmas feeling with carol singing, switch on and the visit from Santa.

The event will kick off from 4pm, with the reindeer on the plaza until 7pm.

The Belgrade Plaza Christmas tree will be switched on at around 5.30pm, after carol singing from students in Years 3 to 6 at St Patrick's School choir.

The tree lights switch-on will commence just before Coventry’s City Centre Christmas lights are turned on to celebrate the countdown to Christmas.
