A disabled man has claimed he was told to change his incontinence pants in a cupboard when he was admitted to A&E at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire.

Simon Stevens was born with cerebral palsy and wears the pants when he goes into hospital.

But when he was last admitted to hospital, he claims he was told to change in a cupboard.

He also claims he was told 'welcome to your toilet'.

Simon was admitted to hospital for abdominal pain, but says when he got there, there were a number of people waiting on trolleys.

He claims that a member of staff at the hospital told him to change his nappy in a cupboard when he said he needed the toilet.

Simon alleges: "I was admitted at the beginning of September, and had been sat on a trolley waiting to be seen.

"I needed the bathroom, but because there were other patients on trolleys, they decided to save my dignity and it became a nappy change.

"I have to wear plastic pants because of the way my hips work.

"The actions of the person who told me to use the cupboard does not meet the aim of the organisation.

"Being told welcome to your toilet was the most disgusting part.

"It made me feel degraded."

It's not peculiar to Coventry, I've heard similar horror stories from all over the country. The NHS is on the verge of total collapse.

I gather that Dutchman by the emails I receive from 38 degrees stating America wants to take over our health care . If we had banks that did nt take to get rich for them selves and the rich also paying the EU that has nt signed of their accounts in years instead to share amongst the communities we would nt have this problem.
