A former business premises on Victoria Terrace is set to be turned into a 12-bedroom house in multiple occupation (HMO)
Numbers four to six on Victoria Terrace were used as restaurant, bar and office space until 2015.
Since then the building has been vacant after the building struggled to attract new businesses.
Now developers are turning the three-storey building into a 12 bedroom HMO, with four rooms on each floor along with a kitchen area.
The ground floor will remain as business space for potential shops, restaurants or cafes to rent.
