POLICE are concerned for the welfare of a missing Nuneaton teenager.

Officers say they need help to trace Britney Bailey, who has not been seen for two weeks.

The last sighting of the 15-year-old was in the Greenside Close area of town at 8am on Monday, June 26.

A Warwickshire Police spokesperson said: "She has links to the Nuneaton, Walsall and Wolverhampton area.

"Police are concerned for her welfare."

She has been described as white, 5ft 5 ins tall of a slim build with long mousey brown hair. She was last seen wearing red and white striped t-shirt vest, black leggings, light khaki green bomber jacket and white trainers.

Anyone who has seen Britney or knows of her whereabouts should call Warwickshire Police on 101 and quote incident 261 of June 26.
