Disabled caravanner given criminal record for penknife

if i had my tool box in the car would that be confiscated ? got some big screw drivers in there that would do far more damage than a 3-4 inch knife not to mention the 2 ft 3/4 inch breaker bar i have in the boot.

Words fail me - he was an easy target - stories like this make me so mad.
