I remember once having time on my hands whilst carrying out radio checks on a Vulcan. I was idly scanning the frequencies when I happened on an airliner coming into land at Birmingham. The pilot was not particularly happy and demanded that a maintenance crew was made available as soon as his passengers had departed because one of the toilet doors had fallen off. I hope it was unoccupied at the time!
