A severely damaged barbershop remains cordoned off after a car careered into the front of it, leaving three people trapped inside.
Tape remains around Edwards Barber Shop in Edward Street today (Sunday, February 5) following the dramatic incident yesterday afternoon (Saturday, February 4).
It is understood that structural engineers are still carrying out checks of the building, which suffered severe damage in the collision.
As reported by the News online, a Citroen car careered into the front of the barbershop, leaving three people stuck inside.
Blue watch from Nuneaton Fire Station helped to free the trapped trio as well as assist medics getting the two people out of the car.
The cause of the collision is still unknown as are the injuries suffered by the two people in the car.
More information is expected to be released tomorrow.
