One of the most recognisable pubs in Coventry city centre is looking for a new tenant.
The Tudor Rose, which dates back to the late 19th century, is being marketed as a fantastic business opportunity for a prospective new tenant.
They estimate the pub could turnover around £330,000 a year, with rent of £35,000, and an initial outlay of £11,250.
The description of the pub reads: "It is a large one bar operation offering a good selection of drinks including several cask ales.
"A fully fitted trade kitchen is located behind the bar providing plenty of scope to build on the current food offer.
"There is also a disused night club on the first floor that could, with some investment, be converted into a restaurant or function room providing further income.
"The pub also benefits from a large patio to the rear providing a covered smoking area and potential al fresco drinking and dining."
The pub is one of seven in Coventry and Warwickshire looking for new tenants.
They include the Cedars Hotel in Barkers Butts Lane, Coundon; the Longford Engine in Bedworth Road, Longford; the Wagon Load of Lime in Ansley Lane, Arley; and the Railway Tavern in Bond Street, Nuneaton.
