"Thief stole nearly £600 worth of food from Morrisons"

Postby dutchman » Mon Sep 12, 2016 11:22 pm

Marin Sirbu, 57, of no fixed address, admitted stealing food worth £596 from Morrisons. He was given a four-week prison sentence suspended for a year and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

How the hell did he manage that?

Wouldn't the six trolleys have been a bit of a giveaway? :clown:

They normally check back on cameras then get them the next time he goes back in . They normally have secret shoppers who catch them too.

I saw two guys tonight walking down the Bedworth Road with a trolley full of gear. Whether or not they'd paid for it I have no idea, but I'll bet the trolley was stolen from Tesco.
Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.

The trolley is now dumped on a grass verge near where the guys I saw last night live. :fuming:
