Three men taken to hospital after collision leaves one car on its roof

Fire crew called to the A45 Kenpas Highway Westbound, Finham



Three men have been taken to hospital after a serious collision which left one car on its roof in Coventry today.

Fire crews were called out at 4.20pm after two cars collided on the westbound A45 Kenpas Highway at Finham.

One man was inside the overturned car but was uninjured, said West Midlands Fire Service.

The three men taken to hospital were trapped by their injuries in the other car and had to be freed by the fire service.

The road had to be shut because of the overturned car.

Traffic was queueing following the collision which happened after the B4113 St Martin’s Road/Kenpas Highway/Leamington Road and near the Peugeot garage.
