Catherine Tate's Nan went down well in the ratings last night (December 30), pulling in nearly 3 million viewers for BBC One.
The second of two specials centred around the foul-mouthed pensioner was seen by 2.97m (18.7%) at 10.25pm - down slightly on the 3.14m who tuned in for the first part on Sunday.
Earlier in the evening, Great Barrier Reef with David Attenborough fascinated 4.08m (19%) at 9pm, while Antiques Roadshow pulled in 3.65m (17%) an hour earlier.
On BBC Two, Charlie Brooker's 2015 Wipe entertained 1.6m (7.4%) at 9pm, following a Top Gear retrospective at 8pm that grabbed 1.25m (5.8%).
Big Star's Little Star was the high point of ITV's night outside soaps, amusing 3.24m (15.1%) at 8pm, while Griff Rhys Jones was joined by 3.04m (14.2%) for an all-new It'll Be Alright on the Night at 9pm.
What Britain Bought in 2015 with Mary Portas intrigued 1.64m (7.7%) at 8pm on Channel 4, followed by 24 Hours in A&E and The Millionaire Party Planner with 1.52m (7.1%) and 720k (4.3%) respectively.
Meanwhile, Ben Fogle's New Lives in the Wild wrapped up with 631k (3%) at 8pm on Channel 5.
