Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.

This disease was virtually non-existent in this country -how sad that it's back in the news.

It was once called the disease of poverty. My grandmother died from it (Long before I was born). Remember the "spitting prohibited" signs on the buses etc? I believe they were there to help stop the spread.

Over the last few years I have personally known several people to catch it. The problem is that it has become resistant to many of the drugs previously used to cure it. - And some of the dugs are pretty powerful; one friend was given some with a warning, "Do not wear contact lenses". Looking into it, the drugs could actually stain them orange!

I certainly do remember the 'no spitting' signs. Unfortunately it now seems the 'norm' for people to spit anywhere and everywhere. Sorry to hear that you lost a family member from it Rebbonk.

There's plenty of illegals coming into the country with the disease.

Orange contact lenses - blimey - they must be strong
