MasterChef still top on Thursday with 4.2 million on BBC One

MasterChef remained on top of the ratings outside of soaps on Thursday, overnight data reveals.

The BBC One series dipped by around 400,000 viewers from Wednesday's episode to 4.3 million (19.9%) at 8pm. Supermarket Secrets ended with 3.8m (17.9%) at 9pm, while Question Time was seen by 2.6m (23.9%) at 10.35pm.

On BBC Two, Antiques Road Trip appealed to 1.5m (7.5%) at 7pm, followed by Nature's Weirdest Events with 1.7m (7.8%) at 8pm and Kim Philby: His Most Intimate Betrayal with 1.2m (5.5%) at 9pm.

ITV's Ade at Sea interested 2.4m (11.3%) at 8.30pm, followed by a repeat of It'll Be Alright on the Night with 2.3m (11.0%) at 9pm (210k/1.3% on +1).

Channel 4's Hoarder Next Door gathered 1.3m (5.9%) at 8pm (224k/1.1%). 15,000 Kids & Counting fascinated 1.3m (6.1%) at 9pm (349k/2.2%), while Jockey School intrigued 806k (5.1%) at 10pm (129k/1.5%).

On Channel 5, It Takes a Thief to Catch a Thief brought in 789k (3.7%) at 8pm, followed by Hercules the Human Bear with 1.2m (5.9%) at 9pm (115k/0.7%). Person of Interest thrilled 646k (3.9%) at 10pm.

On E4, The Big Bang Theory returned with 1.2m (5.6%) at 8pm (392k/1.9%), while How I Met Your Mother amused 876k (4.1%) at 8.30pm (256k/1.2%). Brooklyn Nine-Nine continued with 541k (2.6%) at 9pm (176k/1.0%).

ITV2's Celebrity Juice entertained 906k (5.4%) at 10pm (133k/1.4%).

On Sky1, Arrow was seen by 361k (1.5%) at 8pm, followed by The Smoke with 308k (1.5%) at 9pm.
