A Football Manager 2014 demo is out now on Steam.
The Football Manager 2014 demo contains a limited number of leagues and lasts for six in-game months, according to studio head Miles Jacobson.
The early access pre-order beta, meanwhile, contains the main career mode and 'Football Manager Classic', although aspects are likely to change at launch.
Saved data from the pre-release beta, which ends on November 4, can also be carried over to the final game, regardless of when users make the upgrade.
The upcoming sequel is claimed to be the "most authentic" yet, with over 1,000 new features and changes.
Among the improvements, players will be able to better tweak match-day tactics using the game's new unified system.
Other changes include improved match reporting on aggregate-related victories, updated salary caps for MLS and A-League, and additional contract details in the player profile screen.
Football Manager 2014 will be available on October 31 for PC, Mac and Linux. An early access beta is out now for pre-order customers.
