Some of the houses on Torrington Avenue are getting some sunlight. Anyone know what the future plans are for this site?

Did Costco pull out after winning their planning appeal?

Had to look up "Nastech". People of my age will have known it as "The Torrington" or "Torrington's".

This sign went up today so looks like Costco are going ahead.
