Channel 4's catchup channels to go HD on Freeview?

The latest Freeview channel list at Ofcom shows Channel 4+1HD, 4SevenHD and More4+1HD. This is a surprise to many people who were expecting to see Film4HD and possible E4HD listed instead.

Also added to the list, although not in HD, are Yesterday+1 and (intriguingly) something called 5Later.

BBC3HD and CBBCHD were announced some time ago but it may be a while before we see any of the new channels on Freeview.

The full Ofcom list can be found here but should not be taken as gospel as it has often proved to be wrong in the past.
