Ratings: 'Endeavour' continues with over 5 million viewers

Endeavour continued with decent ratings for ITV on Sunday evening, overnight data has revealed.

The Inspector Morse prequel drama dropped around 300,000 viewers from last week's premiere, but still took in 5.31 million (21.4%) at 8pm.

Earlier, Stephen Mulhern's Catchphrase lost over 500k viewers, entertaining 4.99m (23.6%) at 6.45pm. Off Their Rockers also dipped to 4.76m (20.2%) at 7.30pm.

BBC One's Countryfile was by far the most-watched show of the night, grabbing 6.67m (29.3%) at 7pm. Antiques Roadshow followed at 8pm with 5.54m (22.2%) at 8pm.

The Village's fourth episode fell further to 4.80m (19.4%) at 9pm.

On BBC Two, highlights of the 2013 London Marathon scored 1.03m (4.5%) at 7pm. Bill Bailey's Jungle Hero attracted 1.53m (6.1%) at 8pm. Toughest Place to Be was seen by 1.64m (6.6%) at 9pm.

Channel 4's broadcast of The Karate Kid remake secured 2.35m (9.6%) at 7.30pm, with 349k (1.6%) on +1. Max Payne thrilled 565k (5.0%) at 10.15pm.

On Channel 5, The Fifth Element attracted 807k (3.5%) at 6.45pm. Once Upon a Time was seen by 748k (3.0%) at 9pm (120k/0.7% on +1), while Person of Interest's finale brought in 765k (4.4%) at 10pm (106k/1.2%).

BBC Three's coverage of the MotoGP won 792k (3.2%) at 7.30pm. A repeat of The Voice UK was seen by 656k (2.6%) at 9pm.
