I just caught-up with Dispatches on 4seven, it was abysmal. Misleadingly titled "Secrets of Your Supermarket Shop", it was nothing of the sort. Nothing "secret" was revealed, not even the contents of Tesco's burgers. Rather it was a tedious overstatement of the obvious, that "special offers" are seldom as genuine as they appear. The extraordinary claim was also made that difficulty in comparing prices was the single biggest complaint by supermarket shoppers. Personally, I can personally think of at least a hundred more annoying things. If you buy the same items each week as I do it's pretty easy to tell whether something has gone up or down.

Anyway, if you want to judge for yourself the programme is now available to watch on 4oD:

We're the same. Our weekly food shop has increased roughly 20% since just before Christmas. - Some of that may be seasonal, but not all.

I see a change in how we shop coming on.
Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.
