Cash point glitch

I had a similar experience just before Christmas, although in my case it wasn't Lloyds' fault. It transpired a bunch of standing orders had gone through just before I tried to use my card which resulted in it being declined even though I thought there was a considerable credit balance the account. Luckily for me I was carrying just enough cash to settle the bill otherwise it could have been an even more embarrassing situation than it already was.
