The Spon End flood in the same year has been photographed to death so it makes a change to find some pictures of neighbouring Nuneaton.

i grew up in attleborough, my gran used to tell me it flooded with depressing regularity until they built the storm burst flood relief in Weddington, stopping the town being flooded. the only thing missing from those pictures day is the fielding and johnson factory and some traffic lights. and probably the fashion sense remains :hysterical:
