Receptionist rushes into Doctors Consulting Room, "Doctor, that last patient you saw that you gave a clean bill of health to, has just collapsed and died on his way out of Reception, what shall I do??"

Doctor replies,

Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.
