Part of city centre closed after sheet metal blown from roof

Upper Well Street was closed from Corporation Street to the ring road while police and fire crews taped off the area around the building at 2.30pm.



Bystanders looked on as the six-foot length of metal was hanging unsecured behind police tape until 3pm.
