The second episode in the double bill, which saw Sally give her support to Kevin, held on to most of the audience, with 7.5m (34.2%) and 145k (0.6%) on +1.
Earlier on ITV1, Chas's threat to harm herself on Emmerdale took 6.07m (33.5%) at 7pm, and 136k (0.6%) on the broadcaster's +1 channel.
On BBC One, the latest developments in EastEnders' Vanessa saga interested 7.13m (33.8%), while a healthy 678k (3.4%) opted to watch BBC Three's 10pm repeat.
Hollyoaks nabbed 960k (5.8%) for Channel 4 as Francis considered his next move. E4's first look then generated 363k (2.1%).
