A45 Coventry crash: Man killed after car overturns

A man has died after the car he was driving overturned and ended up in a ditch in Coventry.

Ambulance and fire crews were called to the crash near to the junction of the A45 Birmingham Road and Brick Hill Lane, in Allesley, at around 10:40 BST.

An ambulance, a senior paramedic officer and the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance attended the scene.

The man was taken by ambulance to hospital where he was confirmed dead.
