Paddy throws a sickie

Paddy decides to take a sickie from work as he has had a real skinfull the night before. His dear wife does everything in her power to get him to go, to no avail. Shortly after he should have left the phone rings and Paddy answers it.

"How should I know, call the coastguard" he shouts, and slams the phone down.

"What was that all about?" his wife asks.

"Some nutter asking if the coast is clear" says Paddy.
