We went through school together right from primary through to comprehensive and my friend was always bullied for having a terribly disfigured face to the extent he was terribly ugly.
He had never had a girl friend as he frightened the girls to death with his awful face.
He knew I was doing OK and was financially solvent so he reluctantly asked me if I would loan him £10,000 to fund his full face transplant to help him lead some sort of normal life and hopefully get himself a girlfriend.
As I knew what the poor sod had been through all his life and he only lives a few doors away from me, I willingly drew out the full amount from the bank and we set up a contract and he agreed that he would re-pay me in full in three months.
Now the b*st*rd has moved out of his flat and left no forwarding address and I haven't had a penny paid back and the worst part is
