A doctor said to his patient, "I'm terribly sorry, but I have some bad news and some good news".
"I'll have the bad news first, please", said the patient.
"We've had to amputate both of your legs", replied the doctor.
"Oh my god, that's terrible news", exclaimed the patient. "What could possibly be good news after that?"
