Katie, 48 has been missing since Monday, 25 February, with police issuing appeals asking for the public's help finding her on Wednesday and Friday.

They've now updated the appeal with an image of a car they think could help officers find Katie.

A spokesman for Nuneaton and Bedworth Police said: "Have you seen this car? We've been sharing appeals to help try and locate missing Nuneaton woman Katie and we believe this car could be crucial to helping us find her.

Nuneaton man arrested on suspicion of murder as police hunt for missing Katie continues

Police have arrested a Nuneaton man on suspicion of murder as part of a missing person case. Katie has not been seen since Monday (23 February) and police now fear the 48-year-old has "come to harm."

On Friday police arrested a 49-year-old who remains in police custody. On Saturday officers shared an image of a silver Peugeot 206 they said could be 'crucial' to the investigation.

Detective Inspector Gareth Unett, said: “Given the length of time that has passed since Katie was last seen, we’re considering the possibility that sadly, she may have come to harm.

“The silver Peugeot is a critical piece of the puzzle, and we would urge anyone who thinks they have seen the vehicle or who may know anything about Katie’s disappearance to contact us as soon as possible.

“Understandably, Katie’s family really want to find her, and we’re doing everything we can, so please keep sharing our appeal and let us know if you have any details that could help.”

The vehicle – registration number BT54 LLJ - was known to be on the A444 on 13 January but has not been seen since.

Katie is from Nuneaton but has links in Bedworth and Kingsbury.

Anyone with information should contact the force quoting incident number 143 of 23 February.

Second murder arrest over missing Nuneaton woman

A second man has been arrested in connection with the disappearance of a woman from Nuneaton.

Katie Love, 48, went missing on 23 February. The case is being investigated by Warwickshire Police's major crime team which says it is increasingly concerned she may have come to harm.

On Monday, a 48-year-old man from Nuneaton was held on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody.

It follows an arrest on Friday of a 49-year-old man, also detained on suspicion of murder, who has since been released under investigation.

Last weekend, police shared an appeal asking for information about a silver Peugeot 206, which detectives believe was linked to the disappearance.

The force said it then received a call and located the car, but the 48-year-old remained missing.

Police say she has connections to Skegness but is known across the Nuneaton, Hartshill and Kingsbury areas of Warwickshire.

Det Insp Gareth Unett, who is leading the investigation, said: "First of all, we want to reassure the community we're doing everything we can to try and find Katie safe and well.

"Sadly, given the length of time that has passed, we're also considering the possibility she may have come to harm."

Anyone with information is asked to contact Warwickshire Police, quoting incident number 143 of 23 February.
