Warwickshire Police issues warning to revellers

Police in Warwickshire have issued a warning to revellers, particularly in the county's town centres, as the festive holidays continue.



The force has warned drunkenness and trouble making will not be tolerated and will be dealt with swiftly.

Ch Supt Mak Chishty advised people to enjoy themselves, but "be safe".

He said: "Any person who's drinking too much, who can't behave responsibly or [is] becoming violent... we will deal with them very, very quickly".
