Ice damage to overhead wiring means services between Birmingham International and Coventry railway stations have been suspended.
National Rail Enquiries said Crosscountry, London Midlands and Virgin Trains operators had all been affected by the wiring at Berkswell.
It gave no indication as to when the problem would be fixed.
A replacement bus service would operate until further notice, it said. More snow was forecast for Tuesday.
Bin collections were suspended in Stratford-upon-Avon on Monday due to the weather and NHS Warwickshire asked for any drivers of 4x4 vehicles to get in touch to help them treat patients in remote areas.
