Tom Warren went over to give the home side the lead, with the try converted by Lee Audis.

But Blackheath came back into the game thanks to a try from Ralph Smith and the boot of Sam Windsor, who kicked three penalties.

Sam Herrington touched down six minutes from time and Audis converted again to earn Coventry the win.
