A cash and carry store opening in Coventry will create 130 jobs, managers have claimed.
Costco is due to open a warehouse in Torrington Avenue on 18 August and customers will be asked to pay a membership fee to shop there.
Manager Gerard Rafferty said the city was ideally situated for a store due to its good motorway links.
Graham Aylott from Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce said he welcomed job creation in the city.
"New jobs in the city is a good thing for the city and 130 is quite a lot of jobs, especially in this economic climate," he added.
