I wonder what the locals think of the artwork? Also the building doesn't appear to be in the best state of repair?

For as long as I can remember that building has always been covered in graffiti of some kind but not usually this artistic. Prior Deram Walk looks a bit gruesome with countless boarded up shops and a very prominent CCTV camera mounted in a small traffic island. I'd imagine most people are happy with a bit of colour to brighten the place up. The nearby library has this on it:
