It happened on Bedworth Road in Longford
A motorcyclist has been left injured following a collision in Coventry. It happened on the Bedworth Road stretch of the Longford Road route earlier today (Monday, August 7).
Paramedics were called to the scene shortly before 3.30pm. A motorbike and a van had collided near The Longford Engine.
A man, who was the motorcyclist, was found injured, said West Midlands Ambulance Service. He was quickly taken to University Hospital Coventry.
A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We were called to reports of a collision between a motorbike and a van on Bedworth Road at 3.23pm. Two ambulances and a paramedic officer attended the scene.
“On arrival, we discovered one patient, a man who was the motorcyclist. He was treated for injuries not believed to be serious before being taken to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire for further treatment.”

Oh I do hope it was one of the idiot motorcyclists we are plagued with.
Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.
