Up to a third of High St shops empty

I know we have more than our fair share of "cheapy" shop types, but maybe things could be far worse?

Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.

Recession aside, a lot of smaller businesses simply aren't viable any more. Since many were converted from domestic dwellings in the first place, why not convert them back again?
