As a Lloyds shareholder I am not happy and will be voicing my opinion on this

No local closures fortunately, as far as I can tell.

Incidentally had a bizarre text message, supposedly from Lloyds, asking me to contact them and confirm my address details. I don't have their banking app installed on my mobile phone and after doing some research it seems very fortunate that I don't.

It's entirely possible that the links in the text have been 'spoofed' and would take me to a totally bogus site masquerading as Lloyds.

There is nothing on their website to suggest there is any problem with my account or my address details.

Their phone service (as usual) is currently unavailable.
